This litigation presently consists of three actions: two actions in the, Northern District of Mississippi, and one action in the Central District of California. 1 Before the Panel is a motion, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407, by Southwestern Life Insurance Co. (Southwestern Life) to centralize these actions in the Northern District of Texas for coordinated or consolidated pretrial proceedings. All responding plaintiffs oppose centralization.
