THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on Plaintiffs’, PEPPER’S STEEL & ALLOYS, INC, and NORTON BLOOM, Motion for Summary Judgment and on Defendants’, UNITED STATES FIDELITY AND GUARANTY COMPANY and THE HOME INSURANCE COMPANY, Motions to Dismiss.
