Appellants Howard and Trudy Cooper-man (“the Coopermans”) appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Appellee Matt David, d/b/a/ Wyoming Rivers and Trails (‘WRT”) in this personal injury diversity action. The Coo-permans argue that the district court erred when it found that a slipping saddle is an inherent risk of horseback riding.
