|; Defendant appeals the trial court’s judgment in favor of Plaintiffs. For the following reasons, the trial court’s judgment is affirmed.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

This suit arises from a boundary dispute between the landowners of adjoining tracts of land in Vermilion Parish. One tract of land, which was formerly known as Agnes Plantation, is owned by Plaintiffs, Bernard M. Boudreaux, Jr. (Ben); Angelique Bou-dreaux; Rachael Boudreaux; Camille Bou-dreaux; and John W.
