Plaintiff, the Foxboro Company (“Foxboro”), brings this action against Arabian American Oil Company (“Aramco”), Saudi-American Bank (“Samba”), and Citibank International (“Citibank Int.”) alleging “a recent wrongful and fraudulent demand” (Complaint, paragraph 1) made by Aramco for payment upon a guarantee issued by Samba (“the Samba guarantee”) on behalf of Foxboro and a letter of credit issued by Citibank Int. on behalf of Foxboro.
