Defendant Anna Shannon appeals from the verdict and judgment rendered against her in favor of plaintiff Karl Kaylor in a personal injury case arising out of a three-car collision. Held:
1. Enumeration of error 1 complains that "The trial court erred in overruling defendant’s motion for mistrial after a police officer, called on behalf of the plaintiff, identified the defendant as 'the one giving probable cause to the accident,’ no instruction having been given to the juiy to disregard such testimony.”
