The action is brought by the plaintiff, the former wife of the insured, to recover the proceeds of two policies of insurance issued by the Prudential Life Insurance Company on the life of one Philip Rothberger, under date of February 6, 1928. The company obtained an order of interpleader, under date of *506August 11, 1935, and paid into court the sum of $415.80 and brought in as a party defendant Regina Grossman, executrix of the estate of Philip Rothberger, who claims the proceeds of these policies.
