LEIGHTON, District Judge.
This litigation is the outgrowth of a controversy between an Illinois not-for-profit corporation and a corporate employer concerning access to a community owned by the employer and in which some of its employees reside. The suit seeks damages, declaratory judgment, and injunctive relief because the employer refuses to permit access to the community by agents of the non-profit corporation who can tell employees about certain programs which inure to their benefit under the provisions of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2701, et seq., and the…
