MEMORANDUM OPINION REGARDING PRODUCTION CREDIT ASSOCIATION OF MID-MICHIGAN AND FEDERAL LAND BANK OF ST. PAUL STOCK

This Court must decide the treatment of the respective claims held by the Federal Land Bank of St. Paul (“FLB”) and the Production Credit Association of Mid-Michigan, f/k/a Production Credit Association of Lansing (“PCA”) with regard to certain stock owned by the Debtors which is subject to liens held by the PCA and the FLB.
