At some point prior to 2023, Plaintiff Daniel Grayson obtained a credit card from Capital One and became delinquent on his debt. (Doc. 1 at § 6.) According to Grayson, that debt was based on a credit card his ex-wife obtained in his name and without his knowledge approximately twenty years ago.
