RABINOWITZ, Justice.
Appellee city of Valdez instituted what was essentially an action to quiet title against appellant Port of Valdez Company. After issue was joined, appellee’s motion for summary judgment was granted by the superior court. We have determined that the superior court’s assessment of the merits of the summary judgment motion was correct.
The primary basis of appellee’s motion for summary judgment was an almost exclusive reliance upon the allegations of its complaint and certain exhibits which were attached thereto and made part of the complaint. No affidavits, depositions, or…
