JONES, Justice.

This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Wayne County where appellee recovered a large judgment against Mississippi Tank Company, Inc., appellant, in an action of tort. It was claimed that both the appellant and Magnolia Propane Gas Company, Inc. were liable to appellee for the burning of his house and its contents and personal injuries received by him. The declaration alleged that Magnolia Propane.
