Plaintiff Baker Bus Service, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court, Kennebec County, affirming the decision of the Maine Labor Relations Board (the “Board”) that plaintiff in its operation under contract of the City of Augusta’s school buses was a “public employer,” as defined by 26 M.R.S.A. § 962(7) (Supp. 1979), 1 subject to the Board’s jurisdiction.
