This matter comes before the Court by request of Pfizer Inc. (“Plaintiffs”) and Impax Laboratories, Inc. (“Impax”), Mylan Inc. and Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Mylan”), and Sandoz Inc. (“Sandoz”) (collectively “Defendants”) for a claim construction hearing, pursuant to Local Pat*289ent Rule 4.5.
