The defendant was charged, by information filed in the municipal court of Chicago,- with feloniously, unlawfully, wilfully and maliciously destroying a front porch on premises alleged to be located at 4814 North Bernard street, in the city of Chicago, a-nd it was further alleged in the information that the “goods and chattels of David Wilson of the value of $15.00” were destroyed without the consent of said David Wilson.
