INTRODUCTION

On March 7, 1988, Rickey Martin Ajoo-tian and Gail Marie Ajootian, as husband and wife, doing business as Ajootian Properties # 1 and the Vintage Apartments, filed for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. 1 On March 6, 1990, Debtors, through their attorney, Brett Price, filed a Complaint to Determine the Validity, Priority and Extent of Liens and Other Interests in Real Property and to Quiet Title.
