This suit was brought by appellants, in the District Court of Harrison county, against appellee, to try title and recover possession of a lot and several blocks of land in the city of Marshall, which appellants claim to have acquired by purchase at constable’s sale, under writs of venditioni exponas, on a judgment of the County Court of said Harrison county in favor of John F.
