after making the foregoing statement of the pleadings and proceedings in the case, delivered the opinion of the court.
The invention of Gray relates to the construction of the apparatus employed in telephone call boxes, and more particularly to certain devices for automatically opening and holding open the circuit over the shunt line, or by-path, by which the incoming current effecting the cali at the particular station is taken around the magneto-electric machine which is located within the call box, and is employed for generating the outgoing or signaling current.
