MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
JUSTICE, Chief Judge.
I. Introduction.
This memorandum opinion relates to the remaining interim costs that the prevailing plaintiffs seek in regard to the liability phase of this action. The issue before the court boils down to whether the prevailing plaintiffs may be awarded, under 42 U.S.C. § 1988 or 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(k), the sums paid to certain specialists, who had worked on the statistical aspects of the liability phase of the case.
