This action of assumpsit was instituted in Baltimore county court, by The Pafapsco Insurance Company against the defendants, to recover the sum of SI 351 25, the premium stipulated to be paid for the insurance of the cargo of the British brig Ann, at and from Bzienos Ayres to Baltimore.
