I consider the case of Seignious v. Limehouse, 107 S. C., 546, 93 S. E., 193, and the case of Ward v. Greer, 155 S. C., 426, 152 S. E., 678, binding on the Court in the present case, and for that reason I concur. I desire to state that I concurred in-the opinion in the case of Ward v. Greer, supra, on the authority of the case of Seignious v. Limehouse, but do not agree with the reasoning in those cases. I was not a member of the Court when the. case of Seignious v. Limehouse was decided.
