SANBORN, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal by Willmark Service System, Inc. (Willmark), of New York, from a judgment in favor of the Secretary of Labor in an action brought by him against it, under 29 U.S.C. § 217, alleging violations of the minimum wage, overtime and record-keeping provisions 1 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 2 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., and asking for an injunction.
