We granted review of this case because the Court of Appeals was evenly divided on the main issue, Roberts-McNutt, Inc. v. Williams, 15 Ark. App. 240, 691 S.W.2d 887 (1985), and because it involves a matter of significant public interest.
Michael J. Williams was granted workers’ compensation even though he falsely represented on his employment application that he had no previous injury.
