Renante Bonito Querubín was originally sentenced to 260 months’ imprisonment for his conviction of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 20 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A) (viii) (2000), and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1) (2000). Upon Querubin’s timely appeal, we affirmed his conviction, vacated the sentence, and remanded for further proceedings consistent with United States v.
