Testator devised the residue of his property in the following manner: “As to the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, I give, devise and bequeath the same to the party or parties, their heirs and assigns forever, who may be farming my farm and taking care of me at the time of my death.” When the executor’s account was called for adjudication, Harry A.
