The Wattsburg Area School District (School District) appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County denying its petition to vacate the arbitration award granting in part and denying in part the grievance filed by the Watts-burg Education Association, PSEA/NEA (Association) on behalf of William Bewley (Bewley).
