Plaintiffs-appellees herein are the plaintiffs named in the caption of this cause and will be hereinafter designated as “appellees.” Those defendants-appellants named in the caption of this cause, namely, Robert Alexander Smith, a/k/a Robert Smith Alexander, Tom Duncan, Alexander And Duncan Productions, Jack Frielinghaúsen and Harold Baker, will be hereinafter referred to as “appellants!”
