This is a contest over a fund. One of the defendants here, Theodore A. Rodijkeit, was plaintiff below; he sued the railway company and a contest arose between Ida E. Chandler, who had attached certain *816wages. earned by, and due to, Rodijkeit and one P. L. Andrews. Her fight to receive the money was contested by Andrews, who was a defendant • below.
