*808In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Golia, J.), entered July 27, 2010, which denied their motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability is granted.

The plaintiffs’ motor vehicle was involved in an intersection collision with the defendants’ vehicle. It is undisputed that the plaintiffs’ direction of travel at the intersection was not governed by any traffic…
