I. INTRODUCTION

Michael Anthony Matthews appeals his convictions for two counts of robbery, arguing that (1) the district court erred in overruling his motion to suppress, (2) the district court erred in overruling his motion for a change of venue, (3) he received ineffective assistance of counsel, (4) the evidence was insuffi cient to support his convictions, and (5) the trial court erred in denying his oral motion to continue the trial. For the reasons set forth herein, we affirm.
