TALIAFERRO, Judge.
Mrs. Ora Smith McGregor, the afternoon of February 3, 1938, sustained injury from a fall while in the Strand Theater building in the City of Shreveport, and sues for damages. Her husband, Ernest M. McGregor, Sr., joins in the suit and prays for judgment for the expenses incurred in treating his wife and for loss of earnings to the community of acquets and gains directly resulting from her disability.
