This is an action to recover the possession of certain personal property, with damages for wrongful detention. The appellee had judgment, and the appeal is from the judgment and order overruling appellant’s motion for a new trial.
It is- urged that this court has no jurisdiction to review this ease because of the insufficiency of the notice of appeal.
