BARROW, Chief Justice.
Appellant, Santiago Guzman, appeals from a judgment rendered on a jury verdict in his suit to recover benefits from appellee, Phoenix Insurance Company, under the *643Texas Workmen’s Compensation Act, for injuries received to his right hand in the course of employment.
The jury found temporary total loss of use of appellant’s right hand for a period of 44 weeks with no partial loss of use.
