This is a review of a court of appeals decision affirming the denial of a motion to suppress evidence ordered by Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Daniel L. Konkol against the defendant, Anthony Harris. Harris ultimately pled no contest to the misdemeanor offense of unlawful possession of marijuana. This case presents us with two questions.
