ORDER VACATING JUDGMENT OF THE BANKRUPTCY COURT
WILSON, District Judge.
INTRODUCTION
This case is before this court on appeal from the judgment of the bankruptcy court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. sec. 158(a). Appellant Kentucky Fried Chicken of Southern California, Inc. formerly known as Nau-gles, Inc. (“Naugles”) has moved in this court for an order vacating the judgment of the bankruptcy court on two grounds. First, appellants claim that the bankruptcy court exceeded its jurisdiction in entering judgment in this proceeding because it is not a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. sec. 157(b). Second,…
