We have for review referees’ reports from three Bar discipline cases recommending that respondent, James Harvey Tipler, be found guilty of various acts of professional misconduct and subjected to various sanctions, including disbarment. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 15, Fla. Const. In an order previously entered in Florida Bar v. Tipler, No. SC06-1775, 999 So.2d 646, 2008 WL 5378150 (Fla.
