Caribbean Condominium Limited Partnership and Ocean Palm Golf Club Partnership (“Appellants”) appeal a supplemental'final judgment awarding attorney’s fees to the City of Flagler Beach under the Bert J. Harris Private Property Rights Protection Act (“Bert Harris Act”). The City cross-appeals the trial court’s dénial of its motion to recover its legal costs incurred in successfully defending Appellants’ inverse .condemnation claims.
