This case requires us to determine whether the Court of Appeals properly dismissed the State’s appeal from a determination made by the trial court that the decision of the district court to allow defendant’s pretrial suppression motion, which was predicated on the theory that a law enforcement officer had stopped defendant’s vehicle in the absence of the required reasonable articulable suspicion, and to dismiss a driving while impaired charge and driving after consuming alcohol while less than twenty-one years of age charge on the grounds that the order from which the State…
