This is a suit in equity by the New Paddock-Hawley Company, a corporation of Nebraska, as the alleged *788holder and owner of certain bonds of the Fayetteville Wagon Wood '& Lumber Company, a corporation of Arkansas, to foreclose a deed of trust given by the latter to secure those bonds. The deed of trust was given on real estate in Washington county, Ark. By an “amendment to the bill it is sought to include land in Carroll county, Ark., purchased since the execution of the deed of trust. The Fayetteville Wagon Wood & Lumber Company was adjudicated a bankrupt on the 28th…
