On September 18, 1970, this Court filed a memorandum opinion and entered an order dismissing without prejudice a petition for a writ of habeas corpus tendered by petitioners, Bobby Gene Ballew and Roger Huey Ballew, inmates of the Arkansas State Penitentiary, pursuant to judgments and commitments of the Circuit Court of Craighead County, Arkansas. Ballew v. Sarver, No. PB-70C-36, no published opinion.
