INTERIM ORDER
W. HOMER DRAKE, Bankruptcy Judge.
Mario Guerra Castillo and Sylvia Arlene Castillo (hereinafter the “Debtors”) seek an award of damages against Three Aces Auto Sales (hereinafter the “Respondent”), pursuant to section 362(k) of the Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors contend that the Respondent willfully violated the automatic stay when it refused to turn over the Debtors’ vehicle, which the Respondent repossessed prior to the filing of the Debtors’ bankruptcy petition.
