— This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff while employed by the defendant in the construction of a certain concrete wall of an addition to the Sheridan school, in the city of Tacoma. Plaintiff, when he was injured, on August 12, 1911, had been working for the defendant for a period of three weeks, but only three days of this time was spent in work at the Sheridan school.
