OPINION

BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

For brevity, Bass will be referred to as the “Appellant”, and the prosecuting authority will be referred to as “State”. Pri- or to trial, Appellant filed a motion to suppress evidence obtained from his automobile on or about September 27, 1990.

On the same date, September 27, 1990, the motion sets out certain officers of the San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety “searched” the motor vehicle of Appellant.
