MEMORANDUM OPINION

These proceedings arise from the D.C. Circuit’s remand of this action on jurisdictional grounds. On appeal, Defendants challenged, for the first time, the only basis for subject matter jurisdiction over the action — diversity jurisdiction. Defendants were able to demonstrate that at least one plaintiff was not diverse to ah of the defendants. Because the pleadings lacked jurisdictional allegations for most of the plaintiffs in this case, the D.C.
