People v. Butler
California Supreme Court
1Opinion of the Court
Opinion
CORRIGAN, J.
Defendant Raymond Oscar Butler was convicted of two counts each of murder, robbery, and carjacking. On all charges, the jury found that defendant personally used a firearm; on the robbery and carjacking charges, it found that he inflicted great bodily injury. The jury found as special circumstances that the murders were committed during the attempted commission of a robbery, and were multiple murders. It fixed the penalty at death. We affirm the judgment.
