Mary Hotard Becnel, Dowie Gen-dron, Gene Fuselier and Joseph B. Hall appeal the dismissal of their petition to recall Gary Keating, a school board member. Since this matter involves the appeal of a dismissal of appellants’ petition to compel certification of their recall petition and to compel a recall election to be held, this Court must render judgment within twenty-four (24) hours following submission of the case.
