Debtors Donald and Harley Ryan filed a complaint seeking to avoid wholly unsecured consensual liens pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 506(d). Creditor Firstplus failed to answer the complaint. Debtors John and Aicia Cunningham filed a complaint seeking to avoid wholly unsecured consensual liens pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 506(d). Creditor Homecomings moved to dismiss the complaint.
