—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Harold Tompkins, J.), rendered September 10, 1996, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance near school grounds, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of SVs to 25 years, unanimously modified, on the facts and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, to reduce defendant’s sentence to concurrent terms of 2 to 6 years, and otherwise affirmed.
