Appeals from two orders of the Family Court of Warren County (Breen, J.), entered August 30, 2004 and October 1, 2004, which, inter alia, granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10, to adjudicate *797respondent’s child to be abused and neglected, and issued an order of protection.
