I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Yoram Beer commenced the instant action against defendants John Hancock Life Insurance Company, Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company, and UNUM Provident Corporation seeking to recover benefits under certain insurance policies. Plaintiff now moves pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a)(2) seeking a dismissal of the litigation with prejudice and without costs.
